South Whidbey at Home serves neighbors from Clinton to Greenbank—and your annual membership opens the door to social gatherings, educational programs, and a community that looks out for one another.

As part of the village, you can lend a hand when you’re able and receive support when you need it. Our call managers help you identify the right services, then connect you with volunteers who provide the small but essential help that makes independent living possible—on‑island rides (not just medical), light gardening, tech help, walking buddies, short‑term pet care, friendly visits or calls, minor household repairs, and more.

When do volunteers help?

You set your own schedule. Tell us when you’re available, and we’ll reach out when a request matches your interests. You simply confirm with the member, complete the visit, and let us know how it went.

All volunteers are vetted and receive training to ensure the safety and comfort of our members. Joining as a volunteer means becoming part of the village that makes aging in place possible.
