Kate Larson, Administrative Associate
Kate and her family moved to South Whidbey in 2020 to be near her parents and quickly fell in love with the island's strong sense of community. After a long career in the tech industry, she found Whidbey to be the ideal place to transition into mission-driven nonprofit work. Kate loves hiking and yoga, and is in the final stages of self-publishing her first book, Healing Journeys on Whidbey Island: 25 Nature Explorations to Help You Reflect & Reconnect.Kate and her husband, Josh, have four adult children and one very spoiled furry child, a goldendoodle named Bella Boo.
