SUMMARY:Adventures in Healthy Aging: Pain Relief Training with Kimmer Morris
DESCRIPTION:Our Adventures in Healthy Aging Series this month features Kimmer Morris\, a local Certified Hanna Somatic Educator. Your FASCIA seeks your attention with aches and pains. Come learn daily movements to rehydrate the connective tissue in your body\, and to release tight muscles with slow and gentle movements. This helps you to access the deep\, stabilizing muscles of the joints\, which in turn will allow you to cope with recurring pain and anxiety. You are welcome to join us whether you are recovering from injury or just want to find healthier ways to live and age. Wear warm socks as we will be taking off our shoes and sitting\, sometimes standing.
