Dr. Jessica Sved grew up on Whidbey Island and is excited to return and serve her hometown community. She earned her B.S in Human Physiology in 2016 from Gonzaga University and graduated top of her class with her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Creighton University in 2020. Jessica has been working in outpatient settings since graduate school and has received post-graduate training in vestibular rehabilitation. Jessica firmly believes age is just a number, which does not have to dictate one’s abilities or goals. She will teach you some fundamental exercises to allow greater ease getting on/off the floor and ways to problem solve situations. She will show you how to get back up in case you ever do fall and will share some easy ways to work on your balance to avoid falls to begin with.
